2. What Data is Deleted

– First Name, Last Name, Display Name
– Email Address, Mobile Number (including country code)
– Gender, Blood Group, Date of Birth
– Address, City, State, Country, Pincode
– Password (securely hashed and salted)
– Strava Access Token, Refresh Token, Athlete ID (all encrypted)
– Strava activity data fetched during event windows
– Event participation history and leaderboard visibility

3. How to Request Deletion

– Send an email to [your-support-email@example.com]
– Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
– Include your registered email address or mobile number in the message body

4. Processing Timeline

We will confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days. After verifying your identity, we will complete the deletion process within 7 calendar days. You will receive a final confirmation once your data has been deleted.

5. Irreversibility of Deletion

Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. This includes all profile details, Strava-linked data, event history, and participation records.

6. Legal and Compliance Exceptions

In limited cases, we may retain specific data for a short duration to comply with:
– Legal or regulatory obligations
– Tax or financial audit requirements
– Fraud detection or dispute resolution processes

This data is kept confidential, minimized, and deleted when no longer required.
